Delicious Chia Pudding
A delicious bowl of goodness!!
Everyday I’m grateful for the lesson. Every day I try to fuel my body appropriately and as my mother always said breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Ha! Now it’s my turn to tell my kids!! I thought I’d share with you my go to breakfast. It’s my favourite! It’s safe to say I’m addicted to it! It’s my chia pudding.
It’s so easy to make! Simply put 1/2 teaspoon of Manuka honey (optional) with 3 tbsp of chia seeds in a bowl. I like mine warm so I add boiling water (sets super fast too!) and stir until it starts to set. You can add anything, almond milk, coconut water, any liquid you choose. You can also place it in the fridge over night if you prefer. The amount of water depends on how thick you like it. I tend to add double the amount of chia seeds. Then you can add whatever you like to the top! Mine always has walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, flaxseeds and goji berries. Add as much as you like, whatever you like it’s that simple!
