Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit ONLY. But if you wore it, you bought it! Don’t be that person…
We won’t accept returns for the following:
Clothes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway.
Clothes without their tags attached.
Clothes without a return authorisation number (RA). Before you send it back to us, you must request a return authorisation number (RA) by emailing email@example.com. Make sure you include your order number and reason for the return in the email so we can track it.
We process all returns within four business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to it get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
