The healing energy unblocks your chakras and allows your energy to flow freely throughout your body.

It’s an alternative form of healing which is non invasive ‘hands off’ or gentle touch, to promote feeling of well being.

Reiki is like a blast from the universe that re-aligns your body into a state of relaxation so all the happy healing juices can work.

At the end of the day our bodies are designed to heal themselves so with the correct nurturing and energy we can begin the process.
